Jenifer Fowler joined her partner Steven Eisner in February 2005. Jenifer’s primary focus areas are estate planning, estate administration, elder law, real estate, foreclosures and collection work. Jenifer is respected by her peers and the court and is frequently appointed by the court to act as counsel to alleged incapacitated persons, guardian of person and property of incapacitated persons and administrator of estates. Also, in a court system that is inundated with foreclosure actions, Jenifer is able to move her foreclosure matters for her financial clients along in a judicious and swift manner.

Jenifer prides herself on her attention to detail and years of knowledge that allows her to provide her clients with the legal information and assistance they desire.

Jenifer is very active in the Camden County Bar Association. Jenifer was elected and installed as the President of the Camden County Bar Association 2015-2016 and was elected and installed as Camden County Bar Foundation President 2017-2018. In addition she is co-chair of the Camden County Bar Association Committee Women in the Profession (WIP). She also is frequently a speaker and/or moderator for legal continuing education programs held by the Camden County Bar Association.

Jenifer graduated from Rutgers College in New Brunswick in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She earned her law degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 1998. She then went on to obtain an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University School of Law in 2003. Jenifer is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
